Hope you’re all well!
Apologies for my absence folks. You all know how often inspiration can fade away and then in an instant reappear, it’s something I have accepted now and not to let it dishearten me for trying to create pieces that aren’t always well…perfect or completed.
This piece I’m working on is a completely new technique I have been trying on my digital skills. An insane amount of layers, tears and numerous brush strokes it’s finally beginning to look okay.
Keep trucking on & power through I say.
All the best,
Hey folks! So 2/4 is done, with this series I’m hoping to have a contrasting collage of concepts…
After she was drawn and then painted with ink. I decided to make this another digital piece, as I have missed the freedom of working in Photoshop so we are reuniting this relationship and so far so good.
Number 3 – we’ll be in touch soon.
This is the first piece out of a 4 set I’m working on for a friend. Will soon be updated with piece number #2.
I’m enjoying working with geometric shapes and line work again, finding no matter what I design, elements of what I most enjoy always creep back in. Even if I’m not aware.
Speak soon folks!
Weeelllll now, exciting news. I will be selling my work in Morningside at:

Hi guys so it’s been a while! D: Apologies for my lack of art making these days. Christmas has helped as I think at this time of year I’m generally more happy. I decided to try and make myself create some gifts this year for my family/friends, this illustration I have made here is for my sister to represent our trip to Paris that we loved so so much! Finger crossed she will like it! I made this by drawing the Eiffel tower and slightly bleeding the ink with water, then added on top little tree drawings & rest if all digital collage and a lot of playing around with colours, balance, saturations. Hope you guys are well and hope you ‘like’ this. :)

Anybody have any blogs/website for illustration/photography inspiration help. Would appreciate it so! x
Hello folks! Apologies for the lack of posts here…as you may already know I have started a second blog(www.tangledchatter.wordpress.com) which I have been working on lately.
So I have had a creative meltdown and lost the way of my creative process and overall desire to illustrate! D: I know, how dreadful! I thought to start small and create something fun/light-hearted so thus moustache lighthouses were made! I used Photoshop CS5/Illustrator to digitally draw and colour the piece. Turned out to be more tricky than suspected.
Hope you guys like! :)
Much love, C x
